About me

My name is Dina Farone and I am a sustainability and building certification consultant with over 10 years of experience in the field. I maintain LEED AP BD+C, WELL AP, WELL Performance Testing Agent, and Living Future Accreditation (LFA) credentials.

 

I bring four years of experience as a WELL Reviewer with Green Business Certification Inc (GBCI), where I supported 500+ projects across all review phases and project types. Through this work, I developed a comprehensive technical understanding of how to most efficiently move through the certification process. I also managed the quality reporting of 100+ global Performance Testing Providers helping to refine their workflow and avoid retesting.

Prior to this, I served as a Sustainability Consultant managing hundreds of LEED certifications across commercial and multifamily project types. I also performed building envelope testing alongside HERS raters and worked with the construction team to ensure LEED requirements were being implemented.

 

My mission is to translate complex requirements into clear, actionable pathways that align with your project goals.
