What We Offer
WELL AP
Having a WELL Accredited Professional (AP) on your project team ensures a proactive, expert-driven strategy from day one. Drawing from experience with the GBCI review process, we anticipate reviewer expectations to help streamline achievements. Services may be selected individually or bundled for more comprehensive support.
Readiness Assessment
A thorough evaluation of drawings, policies, and/or operational conditions to identify features that are achievable and aligned with project goals. We provide a feasibility roadmap to ensure your certification journey is efficient and straightforward.
Documentation Review Phase
We support your team in creating and/or compiling documentation from relevant stakeholders, ensuring the content aligns with the part requirements, and relaying any revisions needed. Our goal is to reduce review comments and help avoid unnecessary appeals. This service includes both Preliminary and Final Review.
Performance Review Phase
We coordinate directly with your Performance Testing Provider to ensure a smooth site visit, providing support before and after testing occurs. Our work includes reviewing the pre-testing plan against the feature requirements, reviewing post-testing data, and relaying any curative action needed. We work to prevent common testing oversights that may delay certification. This service includes both Preliminary and Final Review.
Appeals
Should an appeal be needed, we provide the support necessary to ensure that each feature is ready for review.
WELL Coaching
Targeted guidance for teams that require expert insight and efficient response times.
We provide hourly or monthly support via scheduled calls and email communication. Ideal for projects seeking clarity on specific requirements or navigating complex scenarios.
Support may include:
- Interpretation of feature requirements
- Alignment with the Performance Verification Guidebook
- Certification strategy and timeline planning
- Feature selection and optimization
- Anything else!
