What We Offer
Testing Plan Design - WELL
We design Performance Testing plans that align with the Performance Verification Guidebook and your specific project needs.
We perform a thorough analysis of the project details then provide you with a package that includes:

Annotated floor plans showing each test location

A Performance Testing Guide which acts as a condensed summary of the information you need while on site

Instructions regarding where and how to photograph each part that requires On-Site Photographs as the Verification method

Suggested testing schedule
Pricing is subject to project size and details. Feel free to reach out for a quote.
This service is available for all WELL project types including WELL at Scale, WELL Ratings, and WELL Certifications.
Pre-Testing Review
Our flat-fee review includes evaluation of items such as:
• Testing locations and sampling quantities
• Selected equipment and laboratories
• Alignment with targeted features/credits
• Photo verification planning, if included in the agent's scope
Post-Testing Review
We will be the first set of eyes on your testing submittal before being submitted for review. With this option, your team may want a "gut-check" from a former GBCI reviewer to ensure there are no oversights that could lead to review comments. Our goal is to help agents correct deficiencies early-on to avoid costly retests or appeals.
